Scope of use
CartMail AI provides AI email generation, history, test sending, and subscription management.
You are responsible for making sure your content and usage comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party service terms.
Subscription and billing
Free users get a limited number of generations and paid users receive higher limits based on the selected plan.
Subscriptions are processed through Lemon Squeezy, and renewal or cancellation is determined by checkout and webhook sync.
Limitation of liability
AI-generated content is provided for marketing reference only, and you remain responsible for the final email you send.
We are not liable beyond the extent permitted by law for losses caused by third-party service issues, misuse, or policy violations.
